Good non-stick cookware. Doesn’t have to be a set. 1 good skillet, 1 good pot, and 1 good pan. I like hard-anodized non-stick.
Good knives and several cutting boards (I have a ton of cutting boards)
Variety of dishes.
Ditch the bathroom scale if you attend meetings. Weigh-in weekly at meetings only. If you are online only, only weigh in on your weigh-in day. Believe me, your body’s natural fluctuations will drive you crazy and you may mistake those for ups and downs that are not actual gains or losses.
