Gold’s Gym tip/encouragement wall

My tip:

The Biggest Loser isn’t real.  You can’t workout all day every day, you probably don’t have a chef or a celebrity trainer.  Eventually you will have to return to real life.  Then what?  Real people don’t have the time to commit to that and why would you want to?

Don’t do anything to lose, that you aren’t willing to do for the rest of your life.  Make it a LIFESTYLE change

Don’t diet,  don’t excessively work out, don’t deprive or restrict.  Do what is livable.  80% of people gain their weight back.  Don’t be part of that group.  Change for the good in a way that you can stick with FOREVER!
